The Pontedoro farm is immersed in the beautiful Mediterranean scrub. The farmhouse is reached via a 3.5 km dirt road. The farm consists of two independent apartments, a large garden, and a shared swimming pool.
Podere 1 is located on the ground floor and comprises a kitchenette with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and access to the garden. It also includes a dining area, a large living room with TV, and access to the outdoor dining area. There are also two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower/tub and toilet, a single bedroom, and an adjacent small bathroom.
Podere 2, accessed via an independent external staircase, comprises: a kitchenette with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining area, living room with TV, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower/tub and toilet, and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet. The spacious apartments are decorated in a rustic Tuscan style. Each apartment has its own washing machine and Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Outside, each apartment has a table and chairs in the garden. The farmhouse offers a wonderful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the entire Castagneto Carducci area. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
